This small player gives pretty good sound for the money. It is a bit tinny sounding, but you get what you pay for. All in all, I say that it sounds fine for a walk around the neighborhood, no skipping, the radio works fine, and I am pleased with this product.I love the pink color, it is light to hold, and play all of my CD's and CD-R's.I did not like the headphones, but I bought a different pair and I am fine now.
Our 6 y/o granddaughter loves the Walkman. Earphones a little big, but she had another pair that worked well.
Still waiting for some response from Sony. I sent an email to Etronics to inform them about the problem.

Needless to say I removed the review when the CD just stopped working. A hard color to find in my area.
It worked for a few weeks, so I wrote a very nice review about Etronics, the company that sells the item on Amazon. They told me it was not their responsibility, and gave me a phone number for Sony.I felt like they really passed the buck on me.
Never had a problem with any other seller on Amazon.I really feel as if I have wasted my money and considerable time with Etronics.
CD player works great, would recommed it to anyone one, great pink coloring, batteries last fairly long.Company selling them is excellent to deal with. Mailman supposedly delievered package to me and it wasn't on my porch, so I called the company and they shipped another one to me right away.
I am very happy with this product. It looks great and plays through almost any activity without the CD jumping. Overall very pleased.
